Delivery & Charges

**Please note that due to the size of our products they are difficult to deliver, due to this it can result in some minor scuffs to the underside of your boat - nothing more than what would happen during first use. If you wish to avoid this then please feel free to contact us about collecting the item.**

When will I receive my order?

  • Accessories:

For boxed and smaller items such as paddleboards and all accessories we aim to get your order shipped out on the same day if your purchase is completed before 10am, if not it will be the following day. These will be shipped with Royal Mail 1st class delivery or FedEx overnight. You will receive your tracking number and the name of the couriers with your order dispatch confirmation so you can check online the progress of your parcel. Please note that FedEx deliver weekdays only.

Please note that deliveries outside the mainland UK or in harder to reach areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands can take anything up to 5 days depending on where you are. Sometimes possibly longer.

If you are not around, our carrier will leave a calling card if possible and attempt delivery the next day. Arrangements can possibly be made under special circumstances in regards to you being out, however in giving authorisation to the courier to leave a parcel it is the same as signing for receipt of the goods in good condition, we will be unable to compensate or arrange an exchange of goods for any items damaged in transit should authorisation be given to leave the goods. Please call us for more information.

There are chances of some delays. This can also depend on your location and other external factors such as bad weather, bank holidays and high demand periods like Christmas. For this reason, we would always recommend allowing 3-5 days for your item to arrive before contacting us but if you have not received your item within this time frame please get in touch with us.

If you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time we would advise that you check with your local postal service to see if any attempt have been made to deliver to your property if the order is small enough to be posted. For larger items please use the tracking number provided in your purchase history and contact the relevant courier for more information. If you have any further issues, please contact us.

  • Kayaks:

Our kayaks are now being shipped with The Andersons Brothers Ltd. Delivery for kayaks is 5-10 days from receipt of the order. Please ensure you leave a mobile contact telephone number with all kayak purchases so you can receive the delivery updates from the couriers. You will get a text message 24 hours before the kayak is due to be delivered and again on the day of delivery with the time slot. In addition to this you will also get a text message when the driver has left their last delivery and is on their way to you. Please make sure there is someone at the property to receive the goods as a signature will be required for all deliveries.

Please note deliveries of kayaks will occur weekdays only.

Our couriers use a one-man delivery service, so please be aware that for kayaks the delivery drivers may require some additional assistance from the recipient. This could include helping the driver to get the item out of the delivery vehicle and into your property.

Please be advised that we are unable to cover consequential losses for late, delayed or damaged shipments.

  • Canoes:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer online delivery of our large kayaks (1003 Family Sit on Top), or our canoes (1032 Riber 13 2 Seater, 1002 Riber 16 3 Seater & 1007 Riber 16 4 Seater) If you are interested in purchasing one of these items then they are available online for collection only.

We can arrange delivery of these items by obtaining a quote from our couriers based on your address. This is usually in the region of £65 for the 1003 Family Sit on Top and £98 for the 1032 Riber 13 2 Seater, 1002 Riber 16 3 Seater & 1007 Riber 16 4 Seater. Can I track my delivery?

  • Your order will be updated with tracking information as soon as we dispatch and have the relevant information. Unfortunately we cannot offer tracking on larger items such as kayaks.

Can I return an item?

Do I have to pay any surcharges?

  • Orders over £30 incur no delivery charge, however if you are located outside of the mainland United Kingdom, please get in contact with us prior to making your order
